Andy Britnell
Based in Cornwall, Andy Britnell is an associate of Insights Learning & Development, a certified hypnosis practitioner and a master NLP practitioner. He delivers corporate development programmes in sales and service to local, national and international businesses, and coaches on a corporate and individual basis. His varied career started in Hotel and Catering Administration and then the music business before joining BT. Here, over 15 years, he worked his way up to international sales and service, managing multi-million clients and becoming one of the top-performing Account Managers in his sector. During this time he began running Emotional Intelligence workshops for his colleagues and was later tasked to develop and deliver sales and service programmes to international audiences, including the top 10% of BT sales professionals.
Intrigued by the possibilities of NLP as a means of helping people with long-term health and emotional problems, Andy completed his NLP practitioner, NLP master practitioner and hypnosis training. He now uses the principles both in his coaching work and to enhance business courses. He practises Ki Aikido as part of his continuing self development.
